+pinkcaddi4me Posted July 18, 2010 Report Share Posted July 18, 2010 Fiesta Baked Pork Chops Submitted by Shannon Jackson (FL) Ingredients 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt 4 boneless pork chops 1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp. Fiesta Party Dip Mix™ 1/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup sour cream 8 slices bacon Directions Season both sides of each pork chop with Seasoned Salt and than spread with prepared Fiesta Party Dip Mix™. Wrap each pork chop with 2 pieces of bacon; place in a greased 9 X 9 glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until juices run clear. Makes 4 servings. Link to post Share on other sites

Here is a recipe that is really good with or without the chips. Southwestern Stuffed Chicken Breasts Submitted by Aimee Shears (MI) Ingredients 1/4 cup Corn, Black Bean Salsa 1/2 tsp. Fiesta Party Dip Mix™ 8 oz. cream cheese with chives 4 oz. shredded colby Jack cheese 4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness 1/2 cup crushed Blue Aztec Chips Directions Combine first 4 ingredients and spread over chicken breasts. Roll the chicken breast up and place seam side down in greased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle chips over chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 4 servings.
