gpatt0n
Watch live streaming video from pauldingcom at livestream.com _____________________________ Here is the debate from Friday, February 12, 2010. Ga. House District 19 candidates Jody Cash, Ronny Sibley and Daniel Stout are in a race to replace Glenn Richardson who resigned on January 10, 2010. The race will be decided in a special election on Tuesday, February 23. This production represents a stretch for Paulding.com in terms of production values and while there are glitches, we know the source of them. Bottom line, the dual-core AMD machine we used just didn't have enough muscle to accomplish the task. There are some rough moments but do know just a little patience will be rewarded as you will hear the candidates address a host of issues. We won't make that mistake again. gpatt0n
After reviewing some of the video (actually replaying it instead of spot checks) We will be uploading our backup video of this event. It will not have the visual interest but should provide an adequate presentation. It will be up either later this evening or tomorrow as it was running from about the second minute and includes the actions when we suspended streaming, will have to be edited. Bottom line, the video switching application, while it appeared to work and I suspect did play appropriately (first live viewing) was somehow corrupted when recorded as I saw statements appear to loop two or three times and all sorts of other garbage. said a little differently, there is a reason there are $5,000 workstations ... they can do what $500-700 consumer-grade machines cannot. pubby
Cabe
I tried to watch this last night, but gave up.
gpatt0n
This topic is closed as the video recording appears to have been corrupted. We have rebroadcast, from our backup copy, the bulk of the debate. I recommend viewing it here. pubby
