This Is Possible A Paulding County Address..? Per Dispatcher Lots Of People Are At The Address 3503 American Ave... Lots Of Screaming In The Background.. A Disc Was Given On A Vehicle Green In Color.. Vehicle Is Occupied By A Kevin...???
