Clark Funeral Home Posted November 5, 2009 Report Share Posted November 5, 2009 Clifford Martin Shinall, age 67, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2009. He was born February 26, 1942 in Bartow County and was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel & Lillie Shinall and son, Slaton Shinall. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and was a truck driver. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Deborah Turner Shinall; daughters & sons-in-law, Lorri & Joey Graham of Dallas and Mandi & Ken Brumelow of Powder Springs; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009, at 4:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:00 PM until the service time.
