Mrs. Mary Kate Haney age 83 of Dallas, Georgia passed away at Wellstar Paulding Nursing Home on June 16, 2009

 

 

Mrs. Haney was born November 12, 1925 the daughter of the late John (Hoke) Matthews and Addie Bell Matthews. She was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of High Shoals Baptist Church.

 

 

Mrs. Haney is survived by her 2 granddaughters, Wendy K. Baker of Kennesaw, Ga., and Marcy Lynne Bowden of Loganville, Ga.; and many nieces and nephews.

 

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Haney will be conducted on Wednesday June 17, 2009 at 1 pm from the chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Cole officiating. Music provided by Jeff Eberhart. Interment will follow at the Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers include Ronny Cole, Spike Everett Craton, Charles Pickett, Doug Tant, Tommy Aenchbacher, Scott Bowden, and Paul Baker.

 

 

Mrs. Haney will remain at Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home where the family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm and on Wednesday from 10 am until the service begins at 1pm.
