The seminar starts at 10 am and runs till about 11:30 am depending on the amount of questions. I started having the seminars the 2nd Saturday of every month, but due to the response, I am having one every other Saturday. So, I have one this coming Saturday and the next we be the 2nd Saturday in March. So, it is the investor that can not qualify for the incentives. I should mention that an owner-occupant must agree to live in the home for at least 12 months and you can only buy 1 HUD home every two years. lucky64 Posted February 25, 2009 Report Share Posted February 25, 2009 We have two HUD homes in our subdivision now. I was shocked to see that, I didn't know they buy homes in randum subdivisions.
