Clark Funeral Home Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 Herschel Lee Jackson, age 77, of Hiram, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2008. He was born on August 25, 1931, in Lawrence, AL, to the late Ernest and Lynn Jackson. Mr. Jackson was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Lea Vernier and brother, Kenneth R. Jackson. Survivors include, son and daughter-in-law, Torey & Jennifer Jackson of Jasper, AL; daughters and sons-in-law, Gigi & Ricky McCauley of Jasper, AL, Barbette Herron of Jasper, AL, Nina & Bobby Taylor of Jasper, AL; brother, Billy Jackson of Birmingham, AL; sister and brother-in-law, Bobbi Nell & Bob Johnson of Wilmington, NC; eleven grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 5 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Isley officiating. Link to post Share on other sites

I worked for Herschel back in the 1980's he was a good and decent man and will be missed by his family and anyone else who knew him. God Bless you Herschel, and may you rest in peace.
