Funeral services for Mrs. Joann Carnes Blount, of Bardstown, KY. formerly of Dallas, Paulding County, Ga., will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008, 3:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home Chapel. Brother Loran Crowe will officiate. Interment will follow at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation for Mrs. Blount will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008, 10:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.

 

Mrs. Blount is survived by: Husband, Mr. Gerald Blount of Bardstown, KY; Daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Jim (Barbara) Bean of Lebanon Junction, KY and Mr. and Mrs. John (Judy) Malloy of Atlanta, Ga; Son, Mr. Gregory Carnes of Doraville, Ga.; 12 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Mr. Oran Crowe of Dallas, Ga., Mr. and Mrs. Loran (Marilyn) Crowe of Dallas, Ga.; Sister, Mrs. Dorothy Wingate of Calhoun, Ga.

 

Mrs. Blount was preceded in death by: Her First Husband, Mr. G.W. Carnes; Son, Mr. Larry Wayne Carnes; Daughter, Ms. Kathy Carnes; Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar M. (Delia Walraven) Crowe.
