Mrs. Gloria Anne Hicks

Mrs. Gloria Annette (Anne) Hicks, age 70 of Dallas, Ga, passed away at her residence on Saturday May 10, 2008.

 

 

Born January 21, 1938 to the late Mr. Oliver Crowe and Mrs. Verna (Shipp) Crowe.

 

Mrs. Hicks is survived by her Husband: Jerry J. Hicks of Dallas, Ga; One Son: Mr. Charles (Devyn) Hicks of Heflin, Al; Two Grandchildren: Skyler (Danielle) Lewis of Mt. Zion, Ga and Zach Hicks of Bremen, Ga; Two Great Grandchildren: Miss Bella Lewis and Master Joshua Lewis of Mt. Zion, Ga; Two Sisters: Virginia Freeman of Dallas, Ga and Margret Bell of Dallas, Ga.

 

In addition to her parents Mrs. Hicks is preceded in death by her Brother: Frank Crowe II.

 

Funeral Services will be held Friday 1:00PM May 16, 2008, she will lie instate 12:00PM at New Hope First Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Voyles and Rev. Frank Crowe officiating. Interment will follow in the Dallas Memory Gardens.

 

 

Family will receive friends Thursday May 15, 2008 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM at Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home.

This is so sad, I heard her husband (Jerry) was in the hospital and had open heart surgery and the kids went to get her to take her to see him and they found her dead.

Prayers are with them and Jerry. I hope he does not have any problems getting through this.
