Dorothy Thomason Folds, age 74, of Acworth, GA passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2008. She was born on July 6, 1933 to the late Robert Larry Thomason Sr. and Anna Grace Thomason. She was a member of Pumpkinvine Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her son, Michael B. Folds.

Surviving are her husband of 51 years, George Burris Folds Jr.; a son and daughter-in-law, George L. and Pilar Folds of Dallas; a brother, Robert Larry Thomason Jr. of Temple; a sister, Margaret Thomason Farr of Dallas; grandchildren, Joshua Folds, Catherine Folds, Alexis Folds, Griffin Folds and Gracie Folds; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram with Reverend Brad Benson officiating. The interment will follow in Dallas Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations may be made in Dorothy’s name to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, P. O.
