Clark Funeral Home Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 Neida Freeman Watkins, age 82, of Austell, GA, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2008. She was born in Paulding County, on May 16, 1925, to the late T. A. & Nannie Ethel Freeman. Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by her husband, Guy C. Watkins, Sr. Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law, Carlton Watkins & his wife, Barbara of Warwick, RI; daughter, Nannette Watkins of Austell, GA; brothers & sisters-in-law, Harold A. & Elizabeth Freeman of Buford, GA and Clive & June Freeman of Dallas, GA; sisters & brother-in-law, Myrtle George of Buford, GA, and Bertha & Don Nutting of Hiram, GA; brother-in-law, Clyde Cole of Dallas; sister-in-law, Sandra Freeman of Marietta; grandchildren, Wendy W. Weston and Teri Watkins; great-grandchild, Tyler Joseph Weston; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at 3:00pm, from New Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery, with Reverend Keith Stell officiating.
