Robbie Jo Minton, age 75, of Dallas, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2008. She was born April 9, 1932, in Atlanta, Ga., daughter of the late William Frank Hopper and Cara “Kate” Craton Hopper, also preceded in death by her husband Robert Edwin Minton.

 

Mrs. Minton was retired from Lockheed with over 37 years of service, a member of First Baptist Church of Dallas where she was active in the Seniors Choir, she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

 

Survived by her daughter Karan and her husband Christopher Wiley, of Dallas, Brother Bobby Frank “Smokey” and his wife Jackie Hopper of Dallas, and 3 grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 2:00pm from Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Alton Wilson and Dr. Gregg Potts officiating with Interment to follow in Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 from 4-8pm.
