HIRAM, GEORGIA 30141 770-445-7133 FAX 770-505-7273 Austin Mary Odell Austin, age 97, of Acworth, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2008. She was born on April 17, 1910 in Elora, TN to the late Guy Rolan and Mamie Faulkner Rich. She was a member of the Worldwide Church of God and was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Kenneth Austin, her daughter, Aletha “Lynn” Austin Pilling, a sister, Anna Lee Mayes and her nephew, Rolan Mayes. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Elwin L. & Marie Austin of Englewood, TN; a daughter, Glynn Austin Sells of Acworth, GA; nephews, Douglas Mayes of Douglasville, GA and Lamarr Mayes and his wife, Linda of Fairmont, GA; a niece, Mary Ann Sheppard and her husband, David of Cartersville, GA; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 additional nieces and 1 additional nephew. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA. The interment will follow in Kennesaw Memorial Park.
