Clark Funeral Home Posted October 4, 2007 Report Share Posted October 4, 2007 (edited) Billie Spencer, age 75, of Hiram, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2007. Mr. Spencer was born in Atlanta, GA, on January 12, 1932. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Henry Spencer & Jessie Aurora Turner Spencer and a son, Leland LeRoy Spencer. Mr. Spencer was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his son, Vernon Spencer of Gaithersburg, MD; brother & sister-in-law, Carl Spencer & wife Sandra of Whitesburg; sisters & brother-in-law, Mary Hale of Snellville, Jeta Allgood of Hiram, and Lillian Williams & husband Herman of Hiram; one grandchild; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2007, at 6:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home, with Christa Allgood-Pritchard officiating.
