Mrs. Dorothy Dale Ragsdale, age 75, of Hiram, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2007. She was born on April 4, 1932 in Dallas, GA to the late R. P. and Ozella Aiken. Mrs. Ragsdale was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, C. W. "Buddy" Ragsdale Jr.; a daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Ed Gregory of Dallas, GA; sons and daughter-in-law, C. W. "Sonny" Ragsdale III and his wife, Becky of Hiram, GA and Robert Ragsdale and his wife, Malinda of Dallas, GA; a brother, Billy Aiken of Dallas, GA; a sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Roy Moore of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Christie Williams, Joseph Dodd, Mary Ellen Smither, April Sutton, Rachael Womack and Scott Ragsdale; great-grandchildren, Jessica Howell, Courtney Howell, Alex Dodd, Meridith Dodd, Stetson Smither, Pearl Smither, Warner Sutton, Avey Anne Sutton and Dixie Womack; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Rev. Lamar Rackley officiating. The interment will follow in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Joseph Dodd, Scott Ragsdale, Alex Dodd, Anthony Smither, Nathan Sutton and Judd Womack serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 11, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA is in charge of arrangements. www.samclarkfuneralhome.com.
