Clark Funeral Home Posted May 31, 2007 Report Share Posted May 31, 2007 Billie Monroe Hubbard, age 59, of Rockmart, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2007. He was born in Attalla, Alabama, on January 31, 1948, to Mary Edith Hubbard and the late Edward Otis Hubbard. Mr. Hubbard worked as a miner blaster and he was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife Joyce Rainey Hubbard of Rockmart; mother, Mary Edith Hilley Hubbard; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles & Shannon Hubbard of Buchanan, Robert Wayne Hubbard of Florida, Billie & Karry Hubbard of Douglasville, Trent River Hubbard of Rockmart and Chandler Elvis Hubbard of Douglasville; daughter, Sherry Rene Hubbard of Rockmart; brother & sister-in-law, Archie & Kathy Hubbard of Michigan; sister & brother-in-law, Jeannine & Joe Williams of Hiram; and six grandchildren.
