Mr. Jerry Singley, age 59, of Dallas

 

Mr. Jerry Singley, age 59, of Dallas, Georgia passed away April 20, 2007 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital.

Mr. Singley was born July 12, 1947 in Fulton county, Georgia, son of the late Mike Cleveland and Ruth Stephens Singley. He was a preacher and sang with the Jordan River Band. Jerry worked as a Painting Contractor and was a member of Gloryland Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Teresa Watson Singley of Dallas; 3 sons, Shane Singley, John Allen and Chris Allen, all of Dallas; 1 daughter; Melissa Singley of Dallas; 3 grandchildren; Ashlyn Singley, Michael Singley and Marshall Singley; and 1 brother; Wayne Singley of Dallas.

 

Funeral Services were conducted on Monday, April 23, 2007 at 2PM in the Chapel of Eberhart Funeral Home with Rev. Jesse Wallace, Rev. Toby Stephens and Rev. Timmy Stephens officating. Special music was provided by the Jordan River Band. Interment followed in Cheatham Hill Memorial Park.

 

Pallbearers were Joseph Singley, Rusty White, Stacy Johnson, Lamar Gentry, Rocky McLarty and Terry Johnson.
