There are special programs in place for people who are living at or below the poverty level. I’m no genius, never claimed to be, so I can’t tell you exactly if the minimum wage and the poverty level go hand in hand. I’m going to assume that they do. I’m going to assume that someone working for minimum wage, and trying to raise at least one child, is living at or below the poverty level.
