There is a rental property management place at 61 and Nebo. I don't remember the name, but if no one on here knows the name I can get it for you when I go to the barn tomorrow.
Also, my sister's friend was in the same boat. They called some of the bigger industries. They rented their house to Miliken Industries and it was used to house employees that were brought in from other plants to do jobs that really didn't last long enough for the person to relocate..( like 1 year). It was upper management people that lived in it so it was taken care of and not trashed.

do you live near me? I have one that looks just like that living in my backyard..cept mine is about 3 feet long. From time to time she slithers across the yard and suns beside the driveway. We don't mess with her because two of my neighbors have found rattlesnakes in their yards from the construction behind our houses. I have found 5 of her babies in the driveway though.
I believe it is called an eastern king snake.

Yes, but it was just confirmed today.I looked and found that yes, the virus lives on non-biological surfaces. Specifically, the CDC recommends:
"Spread of this swine influenza A (H1N1) virus is thought to be happening in the same way that seasonal flu spreads. Flu viruses are spread mainly from person to person through coughing or sneezing of people with influenza. Sometimes people may become infected by touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth or nose....Try not touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the flu virus. "
actually this was confirmed yesterday morning. I have a relative that works at West Georgia Medical Center. This lady was sick before she came to GA. She had gone to a doctor in KY and was told she had walking pnemonia. She chose to come to town to attend the wedding anyway. When she was taken to the ER, she was immediately sent to ICU and tested. CDC confirmed Swine flu yesterday morning and called in all ER personnel that worked the shift when the lady came in to tell them about it, they were tested and told what symptoms to look for. Bascially the symptoms are the same as the flu except this one starts out with a very high fever that comes on very quickly. Jason said all the ATL news stations were at the hospital all day yesterday...not sure why no one else reported on it.

The one I got last week was for unwilled money. They wanted my info so they could put me in the will.
And no, according to the FBI it won't ever stop. When I first started getting them years ago my brother contacted his friend at the FBI, they called me to get copies of all the email.......they have no jurisdication. Even if you get screwed by them, the FBI still can't do anything because they have no agreement with Niageria.

Funny how no one looks into these claims before spreading them. NC-17 provided a link to Snopes where this was declared to be FALSE.
I get this stuff all the time, but at least I check it out before forwarding it to the rest of the world.
Now, if I can just get the guy in Africa to send me that money he promised me...

If you get an email from the IRS about your refund.. don't open it.
The big "we have reviewed your taxes and you are due more money" scam has started again this year. The email contains a worm.
My brother got the email on his home computer and he works for the IRS in internal security!
If you are due more money, the IRS will notify you by mail..not email.

The last one I did, I made a cover page with a border and just put my name on it in a fancy font like script. I used the clear report covers to put in it so the cover page was visible and none of the pages would get lost and the entire package would be protected. The other pages of my resume, I put my name at the top in the same "fancy" font and then typed the page itself in a clear defined font like arial black or new times roman.

Hubby just called...Bob did pull through. He had to under go multiple surgeries. As of late last night, he was still in surgery. No word how he is this morning, other than he is still in critical condition. Naturally the rumor mills are running full blast at work, so I will refrain from listing injuries or what happened. I am only relaying information that has come directly from the "boss".

When does he get off from work?
He ended up getting sent out of town to another job site and didn't get home until late last night, but hadn't heard anything further. He will let me know as soon as he is able to find out anything "official" from the office.

One of the men involved in the accident works with my husband. I believe he was driving the red truck. According to the family member that called the company, he was alive at the scene but in very critical condition and was not expected to make it...but that was early this morning and as of lunch no one had called with further updates.

maybe numer 2 is a geographical use. I used to work for a man in KY that said that all the time...It was never "hold my calls" or "I will be in a meeting", It was always " I will be out of pocket until xxx o'clock."
I was raised in GA and never heard that until I moved to KY.

I can't answer your question, I have never heard of an action committee. Out of curiousity, if the s/d has no amenities what are they planning to do with the money. If there is no HOA, I assume there are no convenants to enforce so what is the going to be the role of the action committee?
