    Then I know something horrible has happened.Im not sure what though.Im so confused and want to know what had happened. Finally my dad sits me and my sisters down. He mumbled, “Something has happened.” I want to know faster. Then he sighed.” uncle bob is gone. At that moment I start to cry .I can feel the hot tears roll down my cheeks. Then he added in,” He was very depressed very sad and confused.” Bobby is probably in a better place and that’s why he had done this to himself.” I had the nerve to ask.

    I ask,” What had he done?” My dad told me he had a gun. I automatically knew after those words.

    My moms hysterical. Everyone’s crying. Except my dad he has to be strong. Soon my mom’s friend Allison is over. Allison is like another mom to me. Then Kris and Kory are over. There like my to older brothers that I never had. They look over me and my family. They comfort us in our time of sadness.

    That next day my mom says,” Pack some warm clothes and whatever you would need for New York. After those words I knew were going home. Not for long but it would be something. By then we have people over doing laundry. They were bringing snacks for the trip. It feels good to have someone care about you in your time of need.

    In fourteen hours we are in New York. The trip was sad an uncomfortable My grandpa has chickens so we get to play with them.They make us smile and laugh.It feels good to smile.About two days later is the remembrance ceremony. There are a lot of his things there. Bows, arrows, deer horns all the memories of the things he loved to do. There were a lot of people crying. Some were trying so hard not to cry. I could tell because their eyes were glass looking.

    We spent our last days in New York. Soon we were home. Everything was back to normal. The memory still lingered in our heads, reminding us of that devastating day. All I know is that it still hurts to be close with someone and have then taken away form you but everyday is a new day for new things and old hurts with time .

     

    This is a very moving paper written by your daughter. I hope you have gotten what you have needed to help yourself and your family recover from this loss. I know that you went through a whole lot at that point in time and I know how difficult it is to lose someone very close to you suddenly.

    Im glad Im not the only one who does that. It just broke my heart when he died. My hubby laughed at me cause I was sitting here bawling like a baby.

    Oh my gosh. I almost had a heart attack. I thought that crazy man had done killed my sexy doc. He is one fine human specimen. I dont think he is leaving but I cant say for sure. He was on one of the late night talk shows last night and I think he did say something about somebody leaving but he could have been talking about that nutcase who shot himself tonight. I love that show. It is just about the only show I watch every week.

    It was absolutely great meeting you and Radio today. He is such a sweet kid. And you are such a wondereful lady. I hope we can maybe have lunch one day soon. I heard that the kids had a blast today after I left too. :D :D :D

    Jester, where did you put that it had to be one picture. I saw 4 pictures. I see that both Momtoarc and Scott have 4 pictures of what you asked for. What kind of game is this? Im not trying to be mean or anything but that just doesnt seem right.

    What's the Red Tent about?

    I love Stephen King, but I could not get through the first 20 pages, I had to put it away. :(

     

    What is up with all my favorite authors disappointing me? :mellow:

     

    I am reading Angels Fall by Nora Roberts. They have made it into a Lifetime movie and it is coming on this month. I read The Cell by Stephen King and was greatly disappointed. I love Stephen King and I have read just about everything he has written. I also recently finished Brother Odd by Dean Kootnz. That was a good book.

    I don't think it's close to there at all

    I dont think so, but I heard them say something about the I-285 and 75/85 and he drives it everyday. But, I think for right now, it isnt close. I just have no clue as where it is...LOL.

    1st, it's a watch, not a warning....meaning conditions are favorable but there haven't been any tornadoes spotted in the area yet.

     

    2nd, the kids have tornado drills at the schools. I'm fairly certain that any classes in trailers will be taken inside the main buildings and into an interior room wif no windows

    I hate to have to correct you here but you are wrong. When I was subbing, the weather got nasty like this, it was not until a warning had been issued that the kids were taken in the building and put in the lunchroom Im not saying it is like that now but that is what was done 3 years ago.

    My sister has passed about 20 kidney stones in the past month or so. Someone told her that a lot of pregnant women have kidney stones really bad. I have not heard of this and I have looked for it. Does anyone know if this is true or not? Should she be worried about being pregnant.

    Get to the Dr. He may not care for them but he needs to have it checked out.

     

    I have been telling him this. He doesnt listen to me. He thinks he knows everything. He keeps telling me that he is going to go cause he just feels that something isnt right.

    Has he been involved in any kind of accident in the last few weeks or months? Has he lifted anything on the heavy side?

     

    He was in a bad wreck about 20 years ago. He said he has problems since then. He looks up all the time doing what he does for a living. I know that has a lot to do with it. I did some looking and I really think it is a pinched nerve. The symptoms fit what he is going through.
