Hmm...looks like Dreygus has a personal interest in this development. It has been there for years and all I ever see is contractors... I have yet to see anyone parked outside the sales office nor have I seen anyone moving in. I think they are just trying to get the pool and other amenities finished so they can sell the whole thing off to another developer.
