  1. I have Type II Diabetes. I highly recommend you find a good endocrinologist - which, believe it or not, even in the ATL area is a hard thing to do. (I do *not* personally recommend Dr. Siddiq in Austell/Smyrna. Seriously, don't bother.)

     

    It helps to know why you have this "pre-diabetes" condition, if there are medical conditions bringing this about (PCOS) and if there is family history, etc. "Pre-diabetes" is usually referred to as insulin-resistance.

    What was wrong with dr siddiq I went to him for a little while but i got tired of waiting in the waiting room for hours and i felt like he didn't do anything that my current dr didn't do

     

     

  2. when I was single I went to cowboys with a friend and met another girl that was single and after that we would go together to places so maybe you could go some place and meet other singles and hang out with them but just make sure their not crazy.

I love hearing about this stuff but I want to ask about the orbs (probably not spelled right) found in pics you take like this one I took at a wedding last weekend this orb is right above a table that was set up as a remembrance table for the loved ones that died it had pics and flowers from her grandmas stuff. I CAN'T GET IT ON HERE ITS TO BIG ugh so someone tell me how to make it smaller.

  4. They also have great wings and their fried chicken is the best around when it is fresh!!!! I always would go for the BOGO free items and their penney item on Sunday and Monday. But, for general shopping they are WAY to expensive. Double coupons will help, tho. THANKS for sharing the info!!!!

  5. Yes!! It was a bar too, right?? Does anyone remember Pud Hensley? He lived up the street and was my sister's bff. He was killed in a car wreck on bankhead in dville probably 20 yrs ago???

     

    and my cousins, the Connells. Mike, Steve, Christy, Karen, Cindy..

     

     

    I remember that day it was awful he was the sweetest guy to I know his girlfriends family and steve and mike

     

    Was he the one killed in front or close to the cemetery?

  7. I worked at the McDonalds in Mableton. Ken Massey owned it and the one at Cumberland Mall. I remember getting "loaned" to the Cumberland store all the time.

     

    How many people got thier hair cut by Bobby or Tim Wilson? Tim is still cutting hair over in Austell. Bobby....well, I think he is a guest of the state of Georgia again. :lol: If you went into Wilson Barbershop while the Flintstones were on you had to wait until it was over to get your hair cut. :lol:

     

     

     

     

    Most call it Smynington now. :lol: Smyrna, Vinnings, Mableton.

     

    BTW, people, ain't no part of Cooperlake Rd. Vinnings, I don't care what they tell you. :lol:

     

    I got my hair cut at the wilsons brother place one time I remembered I loved that haircut but my mom never took me back there
