Ours did that. Had it repaired twice, it is less than 2 years old.. There is a big concrete looking balance thing inside and it broke. Thankfully I had bought the extended warrany. Will NEVER purchase another. Call the repairman.

There are some good suggestions here guys. Keep them coming. Keep in mind I'm checking these against the domain registry to make sure they aren't taken. As you can imagine a lot of them.
This might get the juices flowing...tell me what name would draw you in if you read it on a sign, poster, etc.

I have battled them for YEARS.but if you contact them weekly, I mean at least once a week every week, they will do more to help. Showing up in person from time to time helps also.If you dont stay on them, your case will fall between the cracks. Dont give up. .you have nothing to lose by trying....... Its kinda like playing the lottery,you gotta play to win! Good Luck
