Hello all, My parents are interested in buying a condo near Panama City, Navarre, and Daytona Beach. They have noticed outside companies that come in and "mass sell" condos at foreclosure bargain prices. Are these companies legit? What should they look for and be concerned of? I'm trying to wire my ceiling fan but the intructions get a little vague. Customer service is mon thru fri only. Here's my question: I have 3 wires coming out of the ceiling. Black, White, and Red... Plus ground. I have black, white, blue, green ground from fan. I am using a two switch, one for light and one for fan coming from wall. The directions say connect red to blue, white to white, green to ground/outlet box, but then it says (fan)black to (wall switch)white and then (wall switch) black to ceiling box black...there seems to be a discrepency because it says black - whit
