Nicholas Cole - Photographer back to Larry Nix Photography.
As I, Nicholas Cole, have narrowed my photographic services to working with special needs children, High School Seniors and the copy and restoration of old or damaged photographs, I find I am spending most all my time working from my home in Marietta. With the Main Street Studio in Dallas being closed most of the time I asked Larry Nix if he wanted to come back to town and photograph people again.
The result.
Today, Tuesday May 18 Larry and Carol Nix are having a grand reopening of the studio space on Main Street across from the Dallas Theater. I will be taking in copy and restoration work there by appointment and my other work will be in Marietta or on location at a place of the client's choice.
Larry and Carol will be working with expecting mothers, infants, children, High School Seniors and Families.

This needs to be bumped several times a day every day.
I understand the "City of Dallas" is taking a "hands off" approach to most events slated for downtown. Don't get me started.
This needs to be added to the calendar on the Dallas web site and the Chamber's site.

I'm sorry to hear of you having to close and regroup. I too am severely restricting my efforts in Dallas. Larry Nix is returning to Main Street to take photographs again. I will be still doing the work to copy and restore old photographs.
I also hear another business on Main Street in Dallas is to be closed as of today, I need to know for sure before I put it in print.
With the "no help" from Dallas City Hall to bring people to Downtown Dallas, it's a wonder more shops don't go out.
Don't get me started now that the city put out tables and chairs after not standing up and helping a GOOD restaurant stay in town. Long story and very sad--still makes me very angry.
I know things will get better. Thank God we live in a country where we can change directions and make a better life for ourselves.

I wonder what they are training for? Seems like the timing would imply gov't enforcement of the new HC bill.
They could also include an update to aerial protection of the tunnel system and the closely guarded entrances and exits.

I have a prior engagement at the Marietta Studio on Thursday so I will not be in the Dallas Studio on the 28th.
Several have picked a time on Friday and Saturday and they are excited to have their children draw their own cards and have the child's photo on the card ready for placing in a small frame for grandmother's desk.
