Well, I have spoken to the labor board and IRS. If I wanna get paid I have to go to small claims court, and not promised I will get my money because she is saying my time card came up missing. So,it was brought to my attention and with some research the "owner" of the daycare has a criminal history and is running the center under family members names.I called left her a message that I have this info and I printed off her mugshot with charges (Theft by taking and another one I wasn't allowed to see) from 2010. She basically called me a liar and said I don't wanna mess with a black woman from NY

Can I say the name of the center on here? I quit this place because I was asked to break multiple state rules everyday, and anyone who takes a tour of this place could easily that.

I tried that and she told me " To do what I had to do because no one threatens her". So, I'm gonna file in the morning. GA dept. of Labor told me there was nothing they could do.

Yes, the center is still in business. It is however a new center in Dallas. Thank you! I will be filing in the morning.

I quit at a local daycare center in July, and I was owed 2 paychecks. The first one was a week late then when I finally received it, it bounces and I called to inform her and she says "Oh, I forgot to call and let you know the funds wasn't available. Ok, 3 weeks later she made it good. So, my problem is, it has been 4 weeks and she is ignoring me. I can't get my last check. I have called, went up there and I get and excuse every time. Is there anything I can do? Like call the labor board? Do they handle things like that? TIA
