It's not a big deal, but I received a flier in the mail today from a candidate for State Senate that says that in our 180-year history, Paulding County has never had a state senator. (Or something to that effect.) I have zero interest in the current race but wanted to give credit to the Paulding County men who have represented their district in the Sate Senate.
