Ok..you guys all helped me out so much about a month ago. So, I need some more help...I will be back up there next weekend to look at houses again. Can you give me some names of neighborhoods that have a community pool, so I can search for houses for sale in them. I have to get my list to the realtor, so he can be ready to show me some houses next Friday. Thanks so much!!

We are living in Gulfport,Ms..But are fron Panama City,Fl. Weve been in Ms for about a year, and just dont care for it here. We have family in Dallas area and just want a change of scenery and to experience the seasons. Thanks for your info Going to check out your link now...thank you

Thank you....seems to be what alot of people suggest also!! Thank you. That is just what I was trying to find out..(neighborhoods to stay away from) Definantly dont want to be in a declining area.

My husband and I will be moving to Dallas next month after we close on our house here in Mississippi. I have a child in high school and one in elementary school. Does anyone know of any school zones we should avoid when buying a house, or any areas of town to avoid buying a house in?Any info would be great!
