  1. Please don't let this person get to you. She is always stirring up trouble.

Thank you! I get very upset when people have no regard for animals! I don't know how anybody could hurt an animal and live with it. I couldn't live with it even if I accidentally hurt an animal. People should think about what comes out of their mouths!

  2. Don't be too sure of yourself, everybody is human. Oh I forgot you're not, you must be GOD. And by the way they wer just damn dogs.

What is wrong with you? They were living, breathing animals that he killed for sport!!! There is no such thing as just a damn dog! Maybe you would like to take the place of one of those poor dogs!

  3. My hubby's been on here with ya'll today. (He's special isn't he?) I appreciate all the help everyone gave him- I've been looking into it too.

I work in the admin office of a construction company and have access to an awesome insurance agent through my work. 20+ years in the industry.

I was told that because there was not a storm it could not be considered an act of God. The tree owner is liable for the damages. It will fall under the liability portion of our HO (home owners) insurance providing that the tree belongs to us. There will not be a deductible.

Auto Insurance will not pay when the vehicle is damaged on private property by something other than another vehicle (sometimes they will even deflect hail storm damage to the HO policy as well- if the car was parked during the storm, auto will pay up if it ws damaged by hail while you are driving it). If I backed into my husbands truck it would go on auto. If I closed my garage door on my car it would be an HO claim.

My head hurt so bad when I got off the phone- if this; then that............

So now we need to find our property lines. We bought our house last year, no markers were in the yard. Hubby called the mortgage co today to see if they had a copy of a survey- no luck- I'll do a little more research on my own... if no luck any recommendations on who to call for a survey?

    I love Pcom.........

So....if your HO insurance will pay...and there won't be a deductible....and it won't cause your insurance to go up.....why not just file the claim? These are your neighbors, and you do have to live by them, and your children and theirs have to live by each other. Is it really worth all the hard feelings?

  6. I am so sorry to hear about your baby. My Cocker had breast cancer 8 years ago. My vet sent me to the vet school at Auburn. She had surgery and they got it all. She lived 5 more years. They are very good with cancer. Very thorough and make you feel much more optimistic. I think your vet has to call them for you.

  7. Justin goes to Hiram Elem.

Not sure about the older girls. or their age.

Both girls go to Hiram as well. One is 9 and the other is 7. They went to New Georgia last year. I taught the 9 year old last year at New Georgia. Mrs. Ott was the most loving involved parent I have had in 11 years of teaching. I am heartbroken at her loss, and what it will do to her family.
