You guys are killing your kidneys!! You have to drink a lot of water to flush out all that other stuff....
It has been so hot, surely you can get some water in ya!?
Put some lemmon or line juice in the water and maybe some splenda to sweeten it up. Quite refreshing!

yeah, my son was the one that had all the breaks..he was in the 5 grade at Hiram Elem, and fell from the slide and landed on his wrist and pushed the growth bone in his wrist out and had to have it put back in place...they put him under..then when he was a senior at HHS, a Texas Tech recuriter was in town watching his game and he broke his hand ..he did not know it was broken and played 4 more plays before he came to the side line and the coach motioned for us to come down...yep broken...
I love my girls but my son was the easiest on my heart and a lot of fun..my girls seem to want to break my little heart.....

You are wrong...the place next to OFfficemax got 100 this week...the owner had been gone for a few weeks and when he got back he got things back in shape...
They have the best buffet in town....lunch is less then $6 and all you can eat....

Remember that house that burned to the ground on Labor Day on Nebo? Well it was mine. I am getting ready to move into a rental this next week and am in need of beds. Dose anyone know where I can get them cheap? Or, my daughter in law told me that sometimes Goodwill or Sal.Army will meet such needs. Just wondering if any one knew.
