[Apathy Defeated the Bond]

I don't care what you call it - Bond, SPLOST, etc. - I am tired of being taxed period.

 

Futhermore, if you are going to tax me, then tell me how my money is being spent! Are you going to spend it on items that are NEEDED or on the things that you would LIKE TO HAVE?

 

We did not NEED the auxiallary gym. We NEED classrooms and books. My student does not have a book for one of the classes because there aren't enough.

My son, who is going to attend the prom this year, wants to wear a pinstriped suit to the prom. Is this acceptable? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You know I have to put my two cents in on this.

I am upset that a BAND PARENT would steal from their own child, let alone other children. I am very involved in my daughters high school band program and support the counties 3 band programs. I hope that this person is prosecuted.

 

As a side note, if the consession should be split between the band and the football players then so should the gate admission.

I have heard about this from a co-worker whose land backs up to the property that Wal-Mart purchased. Apparently it is true. They are trying to sell their property because of this.

I have live in Paulding County all my life. Literally. (Born in the County)

 

And I work in Cobb. If Paulding had more businesses that paid (like Cobb does), I would certainly consider working in Paulding County.
