  1. Sealsestate is right in that most of the people he represented were guilty of committing a crime. If they were covered under the ingigent defense, they really didn't get a choice of who their lawyer was.

     

    Those he was supposed to defend were counting on him to give them good advice. They don't know the ins and outs of the law, or what their options are. That's why they depend on a lawyer.

     

    In the case I talked about above, he was almost never available on the phone and didn't want to hear anything about the pending charges in another county. It was like he saw what the Paulding charges were, made up his mind how to plea out of it, and that was it. No discussion.

    jason swiller never went to trial in paulding.he plea barganed every case.what a deal for our crooked d.a.'s office.they knew if he was your lawyer they had you.anybody who had jason for a lawyer and was railroaded by our d.a. and with the full knowledge of our judges,deserves a new trial.this has been going on for too long in our county.throw the bums out!!!!!!
