I am a little confused on the details as this is coming from my neighbor who sent him off and refused to talk to him. Some foreign male in a black campry came to my neighbors home saying he needed to talk to her and get her kids names and ages. He did mention something about education. She is really confused, and so am I. we live near Dugan Elementary and South Paulding HS. When she told him she wasn't interested in talking to him he left and actually drove off. This is REALLY STRANGE and concerning.
Anyone else have this issue or know what this is about?
