i don't know about buchanan highway, but hughes road is closed. it prbly will be closed for months. so anyway that travels that way may want to find an alternate route. the road has buckled.

just found! go to paulding.gov and look under road closers. it is supposed to be updated every 30 minutes. it tells all the roads that are open and the ones that are closed. here's the link http://www.paulding.gov/files/pdf/Road%20Conditions.pdf
