I've heard a rumor that the Paulding County Historic Courthouse is being rented out. I believe that this building should be used for the tax-payers of Paulding County to enjoy instead of being closed to the public. It should be used to benefit the citizens of Paulding County. It could be used as a museum, library, welcome center, historic society, art gallery, or all of the above. It should be used to bring people to downtown Dallas. If money and keeping it up are the issues, i'm sure there are grants that can be received, or the money that is used towards parks and ball parks can be used for
