I don't think the girlfriend has any rights...his name is the only one on the mortgage.The home is NOT on base. Im not sure which one would cover the case. I think it could be either.

She doesn't have proof of who actually packed her stuff up but we have taken a picture of some mail that the girlfriend receives at army guys house and her vehicle in the driveway everynight for two weeks. camera has date and time on them. He bought the house before they were married but seeing he is out of the country I would think she would have legal rights to the house. I am pretty much having to force her to do anything b/c she is so scared of conflict. Everyone ( including his family), treat her like the other woman.

She hacked into his email...well I guess she didn't "hack" into it seeing they are married and she knew the password...but we printed the emails between the girlfriend and him dating back to last year until currently and printed off facebook conversations between them. they are not secretive about this relationship AT ALL...

Girlfriend is still staying there... but based upon her facebook status she believes she will be moving to texas with army guy march 1st to live on base with him and I know for sure that is not allowed.

okay, to make a long story short...my family member married guy. Her and their baby moved into his house. He joined the army and was stationed in korea. She was scared to stay at the house alone so she spent nights at her parents house. one day, she goes home and her stuff is in the yard. army guys GIRLFRIEND moved her ( the wife) out!!! army guy got large bonus for having kid and wife when he joined, got housing pay for them, and some other pay for being out of the country. Wife never saw a penny. He will not put his child or wife on his insurance and only sends $200 a month for the kid. Does
