    Dallas Sting Operation

    From my understanding Paulding is doing alot of stings lately. I also have a B-I-L who is a deputy for another county and their marshall department are also doing alot of stings. Now that school is out there are way too many teenagers trying to grow up way to fast. Tobacco and T products and Liquor/Beer

    that is good to hear. what I'm curious about is how many 'sting' operations are the Marshall's running and how many businesses have been caught.

    PS: Folks, I'm making an exception in allowing this topic to remain visible because Rite-Aide, until very recently, was a commerce member (their membership expired in May) and because the person who made the decision to sign on in the first place now has a bigger training job (and is out of town a lot now) I know he is wondering about renewal.

     

    Bottom line, I gave them a break on this because they missed the end by just days

    Congrads to the employees at our Rite Aid location in Dallas Georgia off of Dallas Acworth Hwy and East Paulding Drive. A few weeks ago, Paulding County Marshalls Office sent in an undercover minor to buy beer. And with our great staff, managers and training, we were able to detect the false ID. And we passed with flying colors....

    Great to hear from everyone. Sorry but I cant honor the special discount at all stores, at least not right now. We are being told that if you order your photo gifts by December 8 or 12th, you will get it back right before Christmas.

    Greg, yes we can copy prints and we can increase the quality to a point.

    All because you make a copy of a photo doesn't mean that it is the saying of. "making a xerox of a xerox kind of thing).

     

    As before the best thing is to bring in your media or print and we can see from there. No promises.....

    My guess is that when they say they can blow up "any media" of yours they mean they can do it from any type of memory card media, not necessarily a physical print. Even if they do have scanning capability on that machine though, keep in mind that enlarging direct digital images from a card or disk is going to look better than scanning an existing print and blowing that up (kind of like the "making a xerox of a xerox kind of thing).

    You can bring any digital media card, negative, photo cd or personal photo. We do have a scanner and scan our prints to 3200 dpi

     

    You will have to bring in the photo, or media in order for us to verify the quality to suggest the appropiate size.

    Your Views on your New Hope Rite Aid vs. Walgreens

    I thank you for all the comments, and do agree with alot of them. We do hope that the registers will be alot faster with our NEW ONES we are getting. But with the holidays around the corner, we are going to wait until January to start placing them in the stores.

     

    I will let you know, our store in New Hope will honor any coupon and beat any price of Walgreens. Please see our STORE MANAGER if there is anything you need help with. I am sure he will be glad to help you as I am.
