  1. i know your pain it happened to me once I was using rubber gloves and some how the stuff leaked down inside and wow.. ouchie. I don't remember what I put on my burn, i do recall rinsing it under cold water for a long time...

  2. My company works with Real Estate Agents as well as Real Estate investors I have a few agents who are moving houses fairly fast but then there are homes that are not moving so well. I compile reports for areas for my RE Agents that I contract with. My investors are buying lower end homes that are in foreclosure or pre - forclosure. Honestly depending on your area, the value of your home, the asking price (very important), and the age of your home will depend on how fast your home will move. OH and how well your agent markets your home. One of the agents I work with sends out flyers once a month or twice depending on the home and the area to other agents including all incentives for buyer and the buyers agent.

There are many factors why some homes moves faster than others.

  3. This is a very rough website.. I have put more into the class and coaching I will continue to improve the site I know with the holidays coming I just want to put this out...http://mbsvauniversity.com/

I spent a number of years in the staffing business, and I will say that this is a great way to add creditability to all that OJT that so many folks acquire during their career. Monarch (you beautiful butterfly), if you could parter with some local staffing agencies, I think that there would be a lot of benefit in being able to receive a certification that is "industry recognized" so to speak...let's talk tonight.
pming you my numberAs I stated the website is rough...
  4. So you'd help people get various certifications and then, as an added service for them, you'd try to help them find work. Is that right?
as I own my own business this would also be their own business...We can offer certifications as many others do but not at the cost they charge. Our website is not complete it is in the final first phase stages, as we grow that division we will advances and improve our website. Right now we are trying to keep the cost down so we can keep this affordable. As a Virtual Assistant you are your boss you partner or work with your client not for. you can pick and choose your own tasks as well as who you work with. If you are not interested that is fine. I just thought I would put this out there for anyone who might have an interest.I have worked all summer on a course outline and contents to work with others and certify them. I have trained to become certified and I have coached others in this industry. We will be soliciting companies from all over the country to place their contracts on our site for bids only for the Certified VA's as well as researched and valid companies who work with VA's. We will partner with these small to medium sized businesses to help certified VA's land the contract and ensure that the company is legit and will be honorable. Trust me... there are many who are not..
[ name=monarch business solutions' date='Sep 14 2007, 09:39 AM' post='1506022]This is not a Broker to help you find work.. this is to Certify others. I am certified in many arena's to include but not limited to Real Estate and Coaching. What is a virtual assistant? and what type of certifications are you referring to?
What is a Virtual Assistant?“A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and /or technical services. utilizing advanced technological modes of communication and data delivery, a professional VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise from his/her own office on a contractual basis.” Honest Virtual Assistant Certification... The course outline as well as training in the specific Industries where a VA is requested the most. This will include software knowledge, terminology and so forth.
  5. If you plan on setting up a virtual assistant pool, I would like to apply to be in it. I'm not currently interesting in paying a "broker" to find me work.

    Does that help?

This is not a Broker to help you find work.. this is to Certify others. I am certified in many arena's to include but not limited to Real Estate and Coaching.

  6. We would like to know if there is interest locally for training to become a Virtual Assistant with training for specific industries?

We have found other companies doing this and they charge $800 to $3000 to do this. We feel this is outrageous.

We are also going to offer assistance for obtaining the contract. If you are interested in this or would like more information please send us a PM with your contact information or your questions.

    Have a great day!

  7. I also do mypoints.com - you won't get "actual" cash, but you can cash in your points for gift cards to various places such as Red Lobster or Target :)

I'd love to find a legit 'assemble products at home' or 'envelope stuffing' job! :D

good luck with that. You may want to try local companies who sell jewelry or crafts they may offer something..

I have envelopes that need to be stuffed but not for a few weeks and honestly. It would be cheaper for me to do them myself. I hate stuffing them.. :(

  8. Critty,

I tried this type of work once. They promised to include everything you would need to get started (envelopes, stamps, address labels etc.). I only had to pay the shipping for the packet, which wasn't a lot.

When I got it, all that was in it was address labels!!! PILES of address labels!!!! I was going to have to buy everything else. I checked out the addresse3s and they were all FAKE! I reported the company to the BBB.

Even though the shipping cost wasn't much, if they can get that amount from a lot of people, they could rack in the loot!

    Armymom

that is so true Armymom... The same goes for these $8.95 or more fees for a list of legit work at home jobs. Never pay for that list.. WWW.WAHM.COM is Free.....

  9. I recently signed up for one that addresses envelopes. Most PCers wouldn't want to do it because of where you have to go to get the stuff...and I don't actually have all the info yet...I just had to go and submit a handwriting sample. Checked the company out through BBB and had no complaints, so we will see.

Also go to ripoffreport.com.. as many will post on here as well or not even go through the BBB....

    good luck all..

  10. There is a site you can go to which is WAHM.COm... They are a support site for people looking for work at home positions. There are jobs posted on the site as well as scams to give you that heads up.

If there are any positions open and legit companies to work for that are hiring you will find them on this site.

I have worked from home for 9 years now or more.. lost track, I now have my own business however I did work for several of the companies that hire..

Most work at home jobs you will find is phone work.. customer service, telemarketing et..

There are some data entry jobs too.. You will be hired as an contractor and not an employee for the most companies...

It is very hard to get in with a legit company without having any background as a telecommuter.

NEVER EVER PAY ANYONE ANYTHING NOT EVEN A PENNY TO WORK FROM HOME OR FOR A LIST. IF THEY ASK YOU TO THEY ARE NOT LEGIT.. TRUST ME.

I am working on expanding my company to offer positions for those needing or wanting to work from home. I fully intend to hire everyone as employees.

The two listings on here are not really jobs and many that I know who have done this type of work in the past ended up putting more into than it was worth. I also think you need to recruit others to do the same thing to really make any money..

Visit WWW.WAHM.COM read through the site.

Watch for job postings from us in the near future.
