    Sorry, but you would have to explain to me how raising my property tax makes it worth more? I thought by improving my property and being a responsible owner would increase the value. That is like saying that anything I buy at a store is worth more because I have to pay increased sales tax on it. Would that mean if I agree to a doubled tax increase on my home, then it would be worth double the market value? Somehow I don't think it would.

     

    I don't think anyone here is saying that they are not for helping the schools out. We all know the chilcren are the future. But we are asking for fiscal accountability and resposponsibility. I bare the brunt of my fiscal mistakes and rewards of my acheivements. That is what we should demand of ALL our political leaders.

    Hello to everyone. I am a resident of paulding county as of three years now. A close friend recomended that I check out this site. I decided to become a registered member and wanted to give a hearty hello to all.
