I got the email myself I didnt see a place where I can fill it out online. It says that the applications will be accepted at the Human Resources Dept..so do I pick the application up there or the water dept???

So Im back! I havent been here in a year. Ive moved back to GA and am now looking for a job. I would like something in retail/hourly but I am willing to do anything. I havent had any luck in the places I have applied at. I cant even get McDonalds to call me back...so if anyone knows of a place who is hiring please keep me in mind Thanks.
