  2.   To those of Paulding County who have ever had Jason Sweeler as the court appointed lawyer and was convicted or talked into a plea they did not deserve, please answer my reply. If you do not know ,he has been arrested twice for possesion and soliciting sex for his payment , once in Douglasville and Cobb county. His TV interview on channel 5 tonight said in his on words he saw nothing wrong with it. (who would want him unless you were desperater?)Where was he when I got in trouble? Should I have gave him some dope or sex to have my trial changed. I am not that kind of person, but I guess if you were you had it made. He was geeked as hell on TV. Anyone that saw it or can relate please responce. Thank you Paulding County for giving us such wonderful court appointed attornys. They get high so what is with citizens that want to do the same thing. Once again this shows how corrupt Paulding County and the officials there are. How many people innocent or guilty were setting in the court room waiting for him to show up to help them and he never did.  It is called torture. you get your hopes up then no lawyer. Probably doing the same thing you had been sitting in jail for for months.Just put it off another week , month or what ever because like he admitted on TV tonight sometimes he was too hung over or high to appear in court.  Which I have been there myself. If he is corrupt and thought of highly as a Paulding County official. Then who do we trust? It is obvious that Bruce Harris turns his back to make his self look good. New residents and Old beware. The county is corrupt and ran by those few that call themslves and the ansetors as the " Paulding County Mafiia. I am so glad I got the hell away from the county. Anyone who wants to reply is welcome. I am interested that any case that he represented that was minor can it be threw out of court because of his standings?

  6. That brings back old memories. I was in high school at PCHS just turned 17. CB radios were the thing then. My boyfriend had one in his 4-wheel drive. It was just after school let out and we heard the call. Being a thrill seeker we went right to it. He had a cousin that lived on the road behind the school so we parked there and walked through the woods to the scene. They had already loaded up the living in the few ambulances they had in the county and even a school bus to take them to the hospital, which was never prepared for such an emergency. I expected to see a plane broke in half or even something that looked like a plane. It was nothing but pieces of metal. I saw something that looked like a log smoldering and then some firemen came and put it in a body bag. There was no head, no arms, no legs. There was pieces of people eveywhere. A hand here, a foot there. The burning car at the store with the 2 adults and 5 children was still smoldering also, From what I remember hearing there was an older woman in one of those white houses going down the hiway the school is on, she was in her yard raking leaves and part of the plane hit her and killed her in her own yard. The make shift mourge they had to put the pieces together I see they already told you that. What they did not say was that they took the metal fold out tables that were in the lunchroom at the high school to lay the bodies and pieces on to be identified. The airline company bought us new ones that had bright colored chairs attached to the table. I drove out of my way to go by the crash scene and the mourge fo r years to avoid the feeling I had that day. I was 17 and it messed with me so bad that I had to sleep between my parents at night for months. I was so scared and had nightmares. I appreciate your facination with the incident but you would not want to have seen it. I know of nothing being saved from the scene, but the rednecks of Paulding County probably have some as trophies. Sorry so long of an email but I am 44 years old and still have nightmares of what I saw
  7. I would like to know why Benson Funeral Home is the only one in Dallas that does not post the obituaries in "May They Rest In Peace"? I think the people that have chosen them for burial arrangements deserve the same respect that Eberhart and Clark funeral homes give to theirs. Any one else feel this way?
