Does anyone remember Rosie Meek from "New Hope Elementary"?She was the Lunchroom Lady.She passed away and is at Benson Funeral Home.Boy that was such a long time ago!She was such a nice Lady.Even after I was grown up and would see her out and about she always rememberd me and said hello.She will be missed.Prayers to the family.

I was at the funeral home yesterday and saw a guy that I went to school with at New Hope elementary, and he summed it up best..."we didn't know how good the food was until we got to junior high"...

A very wonderful lady...she will be missed!!!

Ms. Rosie was our grandmother, she was a wonderful lady and cook. Thank you for the prayers we appreciate them very much.

The whole family was a blessing in my life for many years. I didn't even know of her passing until it was already over. Her son was my frist love of my life. Iwas very close to Rosie and loved her very much!!! I was blessed to get to visit her before she got really sick and It was a wonderful visit Kenny will always have a very special place in my heart, and I will pray for him over his loss.I know Rosie is in heaven now and very happy. She and Dorsey will never be forgotten. They were two of the best people I ever met!!!
