Gulledge

Mr. Horace A. Gulledge, age 62, of Dallas, passed away Friday, February 6, 2004. He was born May 5, 1941 in Paulding Co. to Sally Elizabeth Hicks and the late Andrew Carl Gulledge. He was a retired truck driver and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was of the Baptist Faith.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Patsy Gulledge and his step-father, Hubert Hicks. Surviving are his daughters and sons-in-law, Diane (Tric) and Melvin Fennell of Dallas, Tishie Melinda Gulledge of Dallas, Starry and Greg Kilgore of Rockmart and Toni and Ronnie Callihan of Dallas; his mother, Sally Elizabeth Hicks of Dallas; sisters and brothers-in-law, Susan and Jeff Israel of Dallas and Becky and John Austin of Dallas; a brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Becky Hicks of Dallas; grandchildren, Dana Rakestraw, Nicholas Fennell, Justin Wilson, Keisha Callihan and Trevor Haney; Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 9, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram with Reverend Andy Fennell officiating. The interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Troy Fennell, Maverick Fennell, Nicholas Fennell, Justin Wilson, Adam Rakestraw, Thomas Lanham and Trevor Haney. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 7 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 8 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home in Hiram.
