Queen

Mrs. Frances Odell Queen, age 75, of Powder Springs, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2006. She was born on March 28, 1931 in Austell to the late A. D. and Madge Jett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis E. Queen, her son, Michael Wayne Queen, her daughter, Rondah Jean Bennett.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Sandie and Chuck Birchfield of Rockmart; brothers and sisters-in-law, Al and Gail Jett of Pelham, AL, Richard and Linda Jett of Mableton, Larry and Connie Jett of Temple, Gene and Carla Jett of Tucker and Roger Jett of Cleveland, GA; sisters, Connie Lewis of Carrollton and June Jett of Douglasville; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Pastor Marty Simpson officiating. The interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA is in charge of arrangements.
