Minyard

Mr. William Thomas Minyard, age 75, of Mableton, GA, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2006. He was born on June 7, 1931 in Toccoa, GA to the late Rufus and Lillie Mae Minyard. He was a retired foreman in the construction business and was a Marine veteran. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Wonder Gail Minyard and his granddaughter, Angel Hubbard.

Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Carolyn Minyard of Douglasville; his daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah and Algin Hubbard of Carrollton, GA and Donna and Robert Mollentze of Kennesaw, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dan and Doris Minyard of Toccoa, GA and James and Linda Minyard of Augusta, S.C.; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Rev. Bob Neal officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the service time. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 18th at 2:30 p.m. in Broadriver Baptist Church Cemetery in Toccoa, GA. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the service time at Broadriver Baptist Church. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA is in charge of arrangements.
