Mr. Perry Watts, age 82, of Dallas, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2006. He was born on December 2, 1923 in Paulding Co. to the late Shakespear and Ruth Watts. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a saw miller for 50 yrs. He was preceded in death by his children, Addie Ruth Watts and Perry Junior Watts and a special friend, Doris Philpot Sanders.

Surviving are his wife, Lillie Mae Watts; his children, Gussie Jones of Dallas, Jerry and Claudette Watts of Dallas, Greg Sanders of Dallas, Sonja Sanders and Lewis McCombs of Dallas, Monica and Marbell Bailey of Douglasville, Gerald and Beverly Sanders of Douglasville and Yolanda Sanders of Dallas; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. from Shiloh Baptist Church in Dallas with Reverend Ray Jones officiating. The interment will be held on Wednesday in Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. The viewing will be on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram is in charge of arrangements.

This was my son's Uncle. He was a very kind and gentle man. He loved his family unconditionally. He will be missed.
