Rickerson

Mr. Horace C. Rickerson, age 91, of Hiram, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2006. He was born on November 30, 1914 in Paulding Co. to the late Alonzo and Nora Rickerson. He was a retired printer and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife of 31 years, Virginia Rickerson; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Martha Rickerson of Hiram; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Rick Murtha of Ellijay, GA, Shirlee and Alex Cameron of Savannah and Margaret Saint of Decatur; grandchildren, Leigh Anne Lindsey, Brian and Brad Rickerson; great-grandchildren, Kristen, Morgan, Jacob and Isaac.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram with Reverend Lamar Rackley officiating. The interment will follow in Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram in charge of arrangements. 770-445-7133.
