HIRAM, GA 30141 770-445-7133 FAX 770-505-7273 Williams Mr. Frederick Rayfield Williams, age 63, of Rockmart, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2006. He was born on September 29, 1942 in Alexander City, Alabama to the late Fred Williams and Martha Brown. He was a retired police officer. Surviving are his son, Richard H. Williams of Rockmart.
