Mr. Paul Edward Thompson Sr., age 64, of Austell, GA, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2005. He was born on October 2, 1941 to the late W O and Jimmie Thompson. He was a member of Loving Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hiram, GA.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra Lynn Thompson; sons and daughters-in-law, Paul Edward Thompson Jr. and his wife Nancy of Douglasville, GA, Mark Alan Thompson of Douglasville, GA and Stephen Andrew Thompson and his wife, Brandy of Locust Grove, GA; a sister, Sue McClure of Florence, AL; five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 12, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. from Loving Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hiram, GA with Pastor Ken Rankin officiating. The interment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park in Marietta, GA. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA in charge of arrangements.
