Walraven

Mrs. Opal Miller Walraven, age 81, of Dallas, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2005. She was born on May 16, 1924 in Paulding County to the late John Bryan and Beaulah Osborne. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Everett B. Walraven, her brothers, Jack and Glenn Miller and a sister, Annie Pace.

Surviving are her son, James E. Walraven of Dallas; sisters and brother-in-law, Jane Miller of Dallas and Dorothy and Grady Benson of Dallas; a brother, Jessie Miller of Dallas; a sister-in-law, Belle Miller Haley of Dallas.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram with Brother Tommy Rice, Brother Arthur Justice, Brother Phillip Justice and Brother Donnie Evans officiating. The interment will follow in Dallas Memory Gardens with Eddie Benson, Terry Pace, Wesley White, Jimmy Miller, Carl Davis and Hal Jeter serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram in charge of arrangements.
